Beware of Fraudulent Phone Calls that appear to be from MembersFirst
We have received several reports that our members and those of other financial institutions are receiving fraudulent “spoofing” phone calls. These scam artists claim to be calling from the Fraud Department at MembersFirst. The caller claims there are specific fraudulent transactions on the member’s account and asks to verify the last 8 digits of the card, the PIN and CVV number.
These calls are not initiated by MembersFirst and no information should be given to these callers. PLEASE REMEMBER: MembersFirst will never call, text or email you to ask for any of this information or your checking or savings account number or passwords. Important Notice: Service at Our Savannah Location is Restored
Service at our Savannah location at 606 East 67th Street, is restored in the building with the blue roof attached to the Drive-Thru.
Our team resumed teller and branch services on Monday, September 23rd. Access to the building where members previously did transactions is inaccessible. Teller and branch services are available inside the building with the blue roof attached to the Drive-Thru. Drive-Thru service at this location is temporarily unavailable. While we reconfigure the Drive-Thru, members will need to go inside to complete transactions.
